If you sell GPS tracking hardware, you already know where the money is. It is not in the device. A tracker sold once at a thin margin is a transaction. A tracking platform billed monthly for the life of the vehicle is a business.
The problem is that building that platform is a multi-year engineering programme, and renting one from a global vendor means paying a per-unit fee that grows exactly as fast as you do — capping your margin permanently.
White label fleet management software solves both. You get a complete, production-proven platform carrying your brand, your domain and your app icons, and your customers never learn that someone else built it.
This guide is written for GPS companies, hardware distributors, telematics integrators and tracking resellers evaluating a white label platform. It covers what the model is, what to demand from a vendor, how the commercial structures work, and what Fleeto by Royex Technologies provides.
A genuine white label platform is not a logo upload field. At minimum it should give you:
• Your own domain. Customers log in at track.yourcompany.com, not at a vendor URL.
• Your brand on every surface — dashboard, login screen, reports, exported PDFs, email notifications, invoices.
• Branded mobile applications published under your identity for Android and iOS.
• A dealer hierarchy so you can create and manage customer accounts yourself, without going back to the vendor.
• No vendor visibility to your customer. No “powered by” footer, no vendor support email, no vendor name in the app store listing.
Anything less is a reseller portal with a skin. Your customer will discover the real vendor within a week, and at that point you are a middleman with no defensible position.
With Fleeto, every screen, report, invoice and email your customer sees carries your logo and your domain. You get a branded web platform on a custom domain and fully branded iOS and Android mobile applications — your clients download an app that looks and behaves as though your company built it. They never see the name Fleeto.
That extends to the driver application, which installs like a native app on Android and iOS, works offline when coverage drops, and carries your identity throughout.
Different GPS companies need different structures, and Fleeto supports both.
Fleeto is installed and configured on your own server infrastructure. You hold a licence to use the platform, renewed annually for a fixed licence fee. Data resides on your hardware, in your jurisdiction, under your control — which matters enormously when you are bidding for government, defence, banking or utility fleets that mandate local data residency.
To be explicit, because vendors are often vague about this: this is a licence to use the platform, not a transfer of source code. You operate and brand the software; Royex retains and maintains the underlying codebase, shipping you updates, security patches and new modules under your maintenance agreement.
The economics suit companies with scale or with data-sovereignty requirements. A fixed annual fee stops the per-unit ratchet — once you are past a few hundred vehicles, your marginal software cost per new vehicle approaches zero, and every additional subscription you sell is nearly pure margin.
If you do not want to run infrastructure, use the Royex-hosted platform and pay per vehicle per month, with:
• No setup cost.
• No minimum commitment.
• Fully branded platform and branded mobile apps included.
This is the model that lets a GPS dealer start selling a premium tracking service this month, on a wholesale rate, with retail pricing entirely under your control. You add vehicles as you win them and pay for nothing you have not sold. There is no capital outlay, no server procurement, no DevOps hire, and no risk of paying for a licence tier you have not yet filled.
Many partners begin on Model 2 to prove the market, then migrate to Model 1 once their subscriber base makes a fixed annual licence cheaper than per-vehicle billing.
A white label platform is only as good as what your customers can do with it. Fleeto’s functional depth is what allows you to compete against Samsara, Geotab, Verizon Connect, Cartrack and Motive rather than against the cheapest local tracker.
• Live map tracking with Leaflet or Google Maps rendering.
• Trip playback of completed journeys at 1x, 2x, 3x and 5x speed.
• Geofencing with polygon, circle and corridor shapes.
• Group-based vehicle organisation for customers running mixed fleets.
• Per-vehicle mini dashboard for single-asset drill-down.
• Route history retrievable by date range.
• Concurrent operation at 2,000+ vehicles and beyond.
Customers build their own notification rules per vehicle or fleet-wide, with triggers on speed threshold, idle time, crash and harsh driving events, fuel level, temperature, and ignition on/off, plus geofence entry, exit and pass events. Delivery runs through in-system alerts, SMS and email, with up to five recipients per rule.
Fuel consumption analytics, BLE fuel sensor support, refuelling and drain event detection, and fuel theft identification. For most fleet customers in the GCC, fuel is the line item that justifies the entire subscription — and this is where a basic tracker cannot compete with you.
Service scheduling, OBD diagnostics, vehicle health monitoring and maintenance-due alerting.
Driver scorecards with harsh braking, harsh acceleration and cornering detection, trip itinerary detail, and Arabic-language driver reporting — a genuine differentiator when your customer’s drivers do not read English.
BLE temperature and humidity sensors for reefer, pharmaceutical and food distribution fleets. Cold chain compliance reporting is a premium tier you can price separately.
Salik and Darb toll detection automatically derived from GPS position — no manual entry, no statement reconciliation. This single feature routinely wins UAE deals, because every global platform makes the customer reconcile tolls by hand.
A live operations board, multi-stop route assignment, and proof of delivery capture. This converts your offer from “vehicle tracking” into delivery operations software, which is a different and larger budget line.
Expense tracking, branded invoice generation, and exports to QuickBooks, Zoho and Xero.
Fleeto ships AI capability rather than an AI badge:
• Robotic Eye — a fleet assistant your customers query in plain English or Arabic, returning instant answers on fleet status, fuel spend, violations and utilisation.
• AI Doctor — predicts maintenance issues before breakdown.
• AI Route Planner — optimises multi-stop routes against traffic, vehicle type and availability.
• Supporting agents including Live Route Monitor, Speeding Alert AI, Idle Time Reducer and Maintenance Due Alerter.
Sold correctly, these are not features your customer uses — they are the reason your customer chooses you over the tracker down the road.
You have existing supplier relationships, existing stock, and existing installed base. A platform that dictates your hardware destroys all three.
Fleeto supports multiple branded IoT and GPS device families, including Teltonika FMB and FMC series (integrated at protocol level over Codec 8 and Codec 8E via TCP/UDP), and BLE sensor ecosystems for fuel, temperature and humidity.
Critically: new devices can be added to Fleeto on request, according to your requirements. If you import a brand Fleeto has not yet integrated, Royex will integrate it. Your hardware strategy stays yours.
Fleeto implements a three-tier account structure:
1. Super Admin — full platform control, billing plan configuration, dealer account creation.
2. Dealer / Reseller — creates and manages end-customer accounts, handles billing and payments, blocks and unblocks customers, sets rights.
3. End Customer — tracks vehicles and assets, views reports and alerts, monitors drivers, manages their own units and users.
Rights inherit downward and cannot exceed the parent account. In practice this means you onboard, provision, suspend and bill your own customers without raising a ticket with Royex. That autonomy is the difference between running a software business and being a sales agent.
No two GPS companies sell the same thing. Some need a specific report format for a government tender. Some need an additional module for school bus operations or waste collection. Some need integration with a customer’s ERP.
Royex undertakes customisation and modification of Fleeto to client requirements. If you need a bespoke report, a new module, a specific integration, or a workflow adapted to your market, it can be built. This is the practical advantage of licensing from a software development company rather than from a product vendor whose roadmap you cannot influence.
What is white label fleet management software? A complete, ready-built fleet management and GPS tracking platform licensed to a GPS company or reseller and presented entirely under that company’s brand — own domain, own logo throughout, and own-branded Android and iOS applications — so the end customer never sees the original developer.
Do I receive the source code with Fleeto? No. Fleeto is provided as a licence to use the platform. You can host it on your own server under an annual licence, or use the Royex-hosted platform on a per-vehicle-per-month basis. Royex maintains the codebase and delivers updates and support under your agreement.
Can I host Fleeto on my own server? Yes. Self-hosted deployment on your infrastructure is available under an annual licence fee — the usual choice where data residency is contractually required.
Is there a setup fee or minimum commitment? On the Royex-hosted per-vehicle-per-month model there is no setup cost and no minimum commitment. You pay for the vehicles you have actually sold.
Will my customers know the platform is Fleeto? No. The platform runs on your domain with your branding across every screen, report, invoice and notification, and the mobile apps are published under your brand.
Which GPS devices does Fleeto support? Multiple branded IoT and GPS device families including Teltonika FMB/FMC series over Codec 8/8E, plus BLE fuel, temperature and humidity sensors. New device types are integrated on request.
Can Fleeto be customised for my market? Yes. Royex provides customisation and modification — bespoke reports, additional modules, market-specific workflows and third-party integrations.
Can I set my own retail pricing? Yes. Pricing to you is wholesale; your retail price and margin are entirely your decision.
Royex Technologies LLC is an ISO-certified custom software development and AI transformation company headquartered in Dubai, UAE, with 13+ years of operation, 500+ delivered projects, and a dedicated delivery centre in Dhaka providing engineering depth at a cost structure global vendors cannot match.
GPS and telematics companies choose Royex for four reasons:
Real telematics engineering, not a repackaged template. Royex works at protocol level — Teltonika Codec 8 and 8E over TCP/UDP, self-hosted device servers, AVL ID mapping, odometer and fuel sensor calibration, BLE sensor integration. When you need a new device family supported, that work is done in-house.
Enterprise and government scale. Fleeto has been architected and proposed for government fleet requirements in the 400–500 vehicle range, with the reporting, audit and reliability expectations those tenders carry. [Insert your named enterprise and government references here.]
A partnership model built for resellers. Territory-based white label agreements, dealer hierarchies that give you operational independence, wholesale pricing, pilot deployments to validate before committing, and defined SLA-backed maintenance.
Regional presence and same-timezone support. Dubai-based, GCC-native, with Arabic RTL throughout the platform and support that operates in your working hours rather than overnight.
Fleeto sits within the Royex Agentic Business Suite — a portfolio of 20+ enterprise systems including AgenticERP, ProcureX, WareCore, SupplyNet, Pulse CRM and ZeroOne accounting — so as your customers grow into logistics, warehousing or ERP requirements, there is a path rather than a dead end.
If you already sell GPS hardware, you already have the customers. What you are missing is a platform good enough to charge a monthly subscription for, and branded well enough that the customer believes it is yours.
