About the Client

Coca-Cola, one of the world’s most iconic brands, collaborated with FIFA to host the FIFA Fan Festival™ in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, during the FIFA World Cup 2022™. This large-scale event attracted thousands of football fans and VIP guests, offering immersive experiences, live screenings, performances, and branded activations. To ensure smooth operations, Coca-Cola required a comprehensive event management platform to handle ticketing, access control, live reporting, guest communication, and operational coordination at scale.
