Towfir is a versatile mobile application designed to cater to multiple vendors and tailored specifically for the Sudanese market. About towfir

The towfir mobile application comprises both a customer mobile app and a driver app. Being a multi-vendor platform, it hosts various sellers who can list their products across different categories. Customers can register on the platform and make purchases through the app. After placing an order, it is forwarded to the supplier admin panel for fulfillment.

When the order is ready for delivery, it is assigned to drivers via the admin panel. Drivers receive notifications when orders are assigned to them. They can access comprehensive order details and update order status, such as "on the way" or "reached." Additionally, drivers can contact customers for address-related inquiries using the customer details provided in their app. Upon successful delivery the drivers can mark the orders as completed. The customer will get the notification in each stage of the order and they can rate the seller as well once the order is completed. If someone wants to register themselves as the Supplier/Seller they have the option to register through the customer application. Upon the successful verification they can start listing their products as well in the platform.
