We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an IT Project Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who is passionate about coordinating software development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Attend initial client meetings to gather project requirements and understand client expectations.

• Prepare detailed project proposals in accordance with client requirements and company capabilities.

• Coordinate and monitor software development projects from initiation to completion.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance, to ensure project goals and timelines are met.

• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on time.

• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Regularly contact clients to provide updates on project progress and gather feedback.

• Contact developers to obtain progress reports, identify any challenges, and facilitate solutions.

• Assist in resource planning and allocation to optimize project efficiency.

• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and identify areas for improvement.

• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.

• Ensure that projects adhere to company standards and best practices.

• Identify and resolve project issues and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications:

• BSc/BE/BTech in Computer Science.

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the software development industry.

• Proficient in project management tools and software.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of software development life cycle and processes.

Salary:

• AED 4,000 to AED 5,000
