How to manage theme in WordPress?

1. Select appearance and then choose themes from the dashboard.

2. However over any themes that is displayed in the following screen and click on theme details.

3. The following page appears which consists of theme details like version, tags, description, etc.

4. Click on activate if you want to add the theme to your website. After that you can customize theme by clicking on customize.

5. The changes made or anything new that is added to the theme, is displayed on the right side of the page.
