The Customer Application is the Apps that is used by the end-users. Service Provider/Technician Application:

The Driver Application is the App that is used by the Service Providers or Technicians. This Application is built in such a way that it is always running in the background so that they never miss a request. Also, each request is followed by Vibration and Alerts unless the Technician responds. They can choose to toggle their status to offline of they are not able to accept any request.

Admin Panel:

The System needs a very strong admin panel, as the applications are full of varieties of features. So we built a stable platform in dot net. Which will anticipate to all your needs and can handle the customers and technicians in one place. There are also all relevant reports which can be generated with proper accounting. Admin panel can also have user levels and access roles. The live movements of all the technicians can also be tracked from the Panel.

Basic Website:

We also provide a Basic Website with your branding and colors to showcase the applications and to explain the working. You can display any kinds of information, Terms, How it works, etc in the website. There will also be links to download the applications.

Mobile App for the Customers (End-Users)

Customers can register by entering details like name, email address, mobile number. Once they log in the customers can view and edit their profile. The customers can search and select the type of services they want along with the date and time slot. They can select multiple services with different time slots. After selecting the services they will be able to see the prices associated with each service. They can checkout and pay for the services by card or cash. The payment gateway will also be integrated 

After paying they will receive a notification and an email with the booking details. They will be constantly receiving push notifications when the Technicians receive the job, also accept the job, start for the destination and reach the destination and also when they start and end the job. They will be able to rate and review for the completed services. Customers can check their previous completed and canceled orders in the order history.

Mobile App for Technicians/Service Providers:

Technicians can log in with their credentials. View Current Requests, Completed Requests, Pending Requests. Whenever a new request is given by a Customer as a priority/emergency, a popup will be shown on the Technician’s screen, The popup will have the request details, location, Images etc. After the technician accepts a request, he will have various stages like On my way, reached, started, finished and on each stage the customer also will be getting notified. The technician has the option to go offline, once offline, they will stop receiving requests.
