Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities
- Interact daily with customers in order to identify, document, and resolve customer issues timely and provide reliable & professional service
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and problems
- Handle and resolve customer complaints including technical problems
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints by clients.
- Interact with the internal developer team to understand, prioritize, and communicate the status of issues.
- Test various mobile applications, websites and other applications before submission to clients.
- Prepare report sheet on the tested project.
- Monitor ongoing Project Status as per project deadlines.
- Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor/ higher authorities.

- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 Years of Experience

- Excellent critical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills.
- Must have a very good command of written and spoken English.
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally.
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently.
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Should be able to work in a team
- Able to work under pressure.
