Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • Interact daily with customers in order to identify, document, and resolve customer issues timely and provide reliable & professional service
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and problems
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints including technical problems
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints by clients.
  • Interact with the internal developer team to understand, prioritize, and communicate the status of issues.
  • Test various mobile applications, websites and other applications before submission to clients.
  • Prepare report sheet on the tested project.
  • Monitor ongoing Project Status as per project deadlines.
  • Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor/ higher authorities.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 Years of Experience

Additional Requirements

  • Excellent critical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills.
  • Must have a very good command of written and spoken English.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally.
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently.
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
  • Should be able to work in a team
  • Able to work under pressure.
