Sudeep Trehan, the Founder & CEO of Kaizen Business Consultants, brings over 30 years of extensive international experience to his role. A seasoned Senior Finance Management Professional and a qualified Chartered Accountant, he has led impactful initiatives across Financial Operations, Tax Structuring, Business Strategy, Working Capital & Debt Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Compliance.

With a deep focus on driving organizational efficiency, profitability, and risk mitigation, Sudeep is known for leading transformative change through structured financial and operational excellence. His tenure as CFO across multiple industries and countries has equipped him with a strategic, global perspective ,enabling him to craft tailored, practical solutions aligned with each business’s unique goals.

Over his 30-year career, Sudeep has demonstrated expertise in FMCG Distribution & Retail, Franchising, Manufacturing, Logistics, and F&B industries, among others. His professional journey spans eight countries, including the UAE, Oman, Doha, Kuwait, Bahrain, the UK, Nigeria, and India.

In 2021, Sudeep founded Kaizen Business Consultants with a vision to provide Outsourced CFO Services, Tax Advisory, and Business Consulting to both public and private sector companies. His mission is to help strong organizations take the next big step in their growth story, through financial readiness, strategic structuring, and expansion planning.
